After our successful Tuesday night punk/pop shenanigans with The Dollyrots we look ahead to another busy weekend of gigs!!! Although its not always as simple as that in this band, or any band for that matter :) So unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances Paul will not be playing with the band this weekend. But like true Rock Troopers we are, we will still be playing these gigs as a 2 piece. And if you were at The Clef & Cask gig last Friday night you know we can pull this off :) Nobody said it was gonna be easy!!!
So Friday night we have a hometown gig in familiar surroundings at The Elephant in Ashington. This is a fundraising event for GUARDIAN ahead of their 30 day European tour. Also playing are our good friends BALL OF MAYHEM. This gig is £2 entry so get down early the doors open 6:30pm. Carlos and myself will be hitting the stage around 7:30pm. There will be raffle draws with cool prizes including a LoGOz - PSYCHO RADIO Tee Shirt :) But if you arent a lucky winner dont forget we will still be selling our snazzy Tee's for £8 a pop. These are running out fast so steam in lads and lasses :)
Saturday night we are back in Newcastle at The Northumberland Arms. We will be playing with young angry punk starts BLACK BLOC, the wonderfully pubic toupee influenced THE MUFF WIGS & Cumbrian alternative punksters HEXED. We should be cranking it up around 9:30pm. But again come down early and help support this great night of original Live music. Its £4.00 on the door and kicks off at 7.00pm.
We hope to see lots of your familiar faces at these gigs this weekend, and judging by the reaction lately we can see a lot of you know the words to our songs, so sing loud and proud as you are all now official LoGOz backing vocalists!!!
