Last night we kicked off our busy assault on June with a cracking gig at The Doll. With only a few days to promote this after stepping in at the last minute and also clashing with The Rezillos gig down the road we were still gona make sure this was a success! And indeed we did!
The night kicked off with a high octane in ya face performance from anarcho punks 'From The Gut'. With a slightly menacing frontman they delivered the goods and no one was safe from their vitriol, from the Government to Religion to Take That!
Their full on raucous support set worked a treat as it fired us up as we hit the stage at 10.15pm. Kicking off with 'Long Time Dead' we blasted through a 45 minute set like a band possessed. Including some freestyle punk moshing by From The Gut frontman, we went down a storm!
lf you've never been to The Doll before and you like your punk rock old or new then get yourself along! Its got one of those feelgood vibes and atmosphere you just cant fake, and a great sound too!
So yet again another successful night for LoGOz as we stayed behind chatting to friends, fans etc as the merchandise continued to sell well.
Looking forward to returning to The Doll again in the near future. It may be sooner than you think! Watch this space!
